  Metabolic (RMR) test to determine the exact amount of food that you should be eating to reach your goals.
  Initial body measurements and weight assessment as well as monthly follow-up measurements to monitor your success
  Weekly check in sessions where we will discuss what has been working and modify your plan as needed
